For Mother’s Day I got a Pottery Barn gift card… 
I was having fun browsing through their website when I stumbled on this adorable lamp shade they have on sale! Now, I love a good sale – and maybe $29.99 is a good price… but, I’m thinking I can make this thing! Why not just hot glue clothes pins to the bottom of a shade? Super easy… super cute!
I love Pottery Barn Kids… and I’m very excited to use my gift card. But, sometimes I just enjoy window shopping and then figuring out how I can duplicate the look for less.
That reminds me of a post I read over at the Nester… (if you don’t follow The Nester and you enjoy decorating yourself (or at least your house 
– you MUST stop everything and visit her blog!) Anyhow, she just redid the walls in her office – LOVE the look… and super easy to do. It is something you would see in Pottery Barn sample rooms. Here’s the direct link.
